Givon Van Eyck - Business Development Executive

Givon has been integral to the growth and success of our organisation over the past 8 years. With 17 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, Givon’s technical and business acumen is instrumental in our growth into the Free State and the Eastern Cape Regions. As a Registered Professional Engineering Technologist specialising in Transport Planning, he has been invaluable in our key projects namely Tshwane BRT, Polokwane BRT and Ekhuruleni BRT. Givon has overseen our expansion into the health sector, having acquired both Dihlabeng Hospital and Soshanguve Hospital projects.

Givon is registered with ECSA, SAICE and holds a Bachelor Degree from the Nelson Mandela University.

Lineo Lebata - Senior Manager: Human Capital

Lineo has more than 13 years of experience gained through a range of HR services including Employee Value Proposition, Employee Engagements, Strategy development, Policy development, Talent Management, Remuneration & Benefits, Employee Wellness and Performance Management to mention a few.

Lineo is currently AMCE’s Senior HC Manager. She is a certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from the WorldAtWork Society of Certified Professionals; holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from UNISA School of Business Leadership, a BTech Degree in Human Resources Management from the Tshwane University of Technology and a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Technikon Pretoria.

Management Showcase - Goodhope

Goodhope Mushwana - Department Manager, Mechanical and Electrical

Goodhope Mushwana has 18 years of extensive experience in the design and project management of electrical projects within the Industrial sector, mining sector, rail sector and the building services sector. He has experience in the design of LV and MV reticulation systems for the underground mining environment, industrial plant installation and building services installations. He also has experience in cost of electricity supply studies and energy management studies.

His experience also includes working on the Gold Fields Gold Plant upgrade project in Westonaria Gauteng, Burnstone Metallurgical Plant in Balfour Mpumalanga and the Konkola Copper Mines in Zambia, City of Tshwane municipality cost of supply studies and the City of Polokwane electricity department on the upgrade of the City’s street lighting infrastructure.

Goodhope has been with AMCE from 2015 and he has been the Department Manager for Mechanical and Electrical as of February 2020.

Executive Showcase - Malambo

Malambo Gwaba - Department Manager, Roads & Transport

Malambo is a registered professional Engineer with 19 years’ experience in design and construction supervision of roads, airports and buildings . He is conversant with the South African Mechanistic and Empirical Pavement Design and Analysis procedures, TRH4, and TRH12 pavement design methods including the Rubicon Tool Box software. He is also familiar with road visual condition assessments based on TMH 9 and TMH 12 methods. He has also been involved in construction supervision and contract administration having worked in three countries namely South Africa, Botswana and Zambia. He holds a Master of Engineering degree from Stellenbosch University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation planning from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Zambia.

Nkululo Magaya - Finance Manager

Nkululo is a Professional Accountant (SA) registered with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA). He has 10 years of experience in Financial Management, Taxation and Auditing.

He holds a B. Com Accounting Degree from the University of the Free State and has completed SAICA articles with an Accounting and Auditing Firm.

He has gained extensive experience in industries like Engineering, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Consulting and Finance.

His key areas of expertise are in Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Profit Maximization, Cash flow Management and Payroll.

Nkululo has been with AMCE for five years as a Financial Accountant and currently as a Financial Manager.

Management Showcase - Nirashni Jainath

Nirashni Jainath - Department Manager, Tender Office and Facilities

The Tender office managed by Niri, is one of the integral departments in our organisation that has contributed significantly to the growth and success of AMCE. With 20 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, Niri’s technical and business acumen is key in strategically positioning our organisation in our bid submissions.  Her operations management qualification ensures she understands the legislative demands of procurement and supply chain which is mandatory in the tendering environment.  Niri also manages the facilities department to ensure an accommodating and conducive working environment for all AMCE employees.
